If for any reason your order doesn't come as expected, please Contact Us so we can make it right.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because each Green Groomer contains personal body products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

No refund or credit will be given for initial or exchange-related shipping costs.

We want to help in any way we can. Should you have an issue with an order or a question regarding your subscription, please check our FAQ or Contact Us.

Need a break? Pause your service instead, and reactivate when you're ready :)

If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 14 days before your billing cycle due to payment processing and shipping timelines.

For example: If you will be automatically billed on March 15th in preparation for your delivery, you must pause or cancel by March 1st.
