"This is a great product! The taste is mild and does a superb job. I also love the fact that I can refill the container."
This was exactly as advertised, and precisely the kind of product I was looking for. A place to hold the toothpaste powder that is both sustainable, and embodies that progress look in its physical design by looking stylish, modern, and sleek. It's also minimalistic, which I also greatly appreciate.
Hi Erick - thanks for taking the time to review our product, we're stoked you like the design and its purpose :)
Love the way the tooth powder works (and tastes)!! Much easier to use than pellets. Beautiful, eco-friendly packaging. I am impressed and will totally recommend to all my family and friends.
Hi Alette - we're stoked you're loving our tooth powder!! Thanks for sharing the word with your network!
I really like the plastic-free part and it is a nice container, and the refilling option is good. I like the taste too. It is so completely different from what we are used to in a toothpaste so it is quite an adjustment. It is a powder so it easily finds itself on the counter, the floor and on my shirt - but I think it is just me trying to figure it out. Sounds funny, I know, but it is so different than regular toothpaste.
Hi Sherry - changes always take some time but you're doing awesome! it's a little bit of a learning curve but I'm glad you're sticking to it. But you're saving plastic pieces from going into the ocean and your teeth are clean :)
I've used this tooth powder once-a-day for two weeks. Tooth sensitivity is an issue for me. I googled the ingredients of this tooth powder and discovered that it has three or four abrasive ingredients and that concerns me that it could be too deep cleaning for me. So I still use another natural brand's toothpaste which adds a protective coating to the teeth to reduce sensitivity, twice a day, then at bedtime I use the tooth powder for a thorough cleaning. So far this routine keeps my teeth from being sensitive, and I go through less of the sensitive toothpaste which comes in a plastic tube. I feel it's a step in a direction to use less plastic. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd love it if it also protected sensitive teeth!
Thanks for the review Michelle, we appreciate it! We're still a very small company so right now we can only carry one type of tooth powder. But we hope to be able to offer different kind later on. Thanks for the suggestion!
I love the cute jar and that you can re-fill it. I would love to see some powder for sensitive teeth :)
Hi Dev - thanks for the review and for the feedback. We'll take that in consideration; we're working on reformulating the tooth powder to make it even better!

End of Life
Typical Life Span: 3-4 months*
Tooth powder dissolves to nothing, so you don’t need to worry about disposing of it!
Your glass tooth powder container will last you for years to come, so keep it and use it again and again.*
In the unlikely event you need to dispose of your glass tooth powder container, unscrew the lid from the body, recycle the body and lid insert, and compost the lid.
*Life span will vary based on frequency of use, storage conditions, etc.
Regular plastic toothpaste tubes can technically be recycled, but sadly very few people go to the effort to rinse them out, meaning they almost always end up in the landfill.
Glass tooth powder containers replace the need for plastic toothpaste tubes and allow you to refill and reuse instead.
How To Use
- Unscrew the lid. *Be careful as you do this to prevent spilling the powder. It is best to open the container in a vertical position with the bamboo lid facing up.
- Wet your life UNpacked bamboo toothbrush.
- Tap off all excess water.
- Dip the corner of your toothbrush into the tooth powder. *Less is more - You don’t need much.
- Brush like normal, spit, and rinse. *Be careful not to swallow. (Brushing pulls toxins from your teeth and gums and it's best not to re-ingest those!)
